EPS is a property consultancy for Churches of all denominations. We work both with individual churches and with regional supervisory bodies.

Churches often view their property assets as a financial drain. We help them see that they are a valuable resource that can both generate income and attract new people who may never before have shown an interest in the Church.

We enable Churches to determine what it is that they want to do, and then help them use their buildings to achieve this mission.

Fees

EPS's fees are based on an hourly charge reflecting the scope of services we offer and the level of professional expertise involved.

We offer flexible and competitive fee structures to meet the individual needs of the project and client.
