Plymouth St Peter – completed

EPS project managed a £3.5 million repair and refurbishment of the church building. The new Plymouth St. Peter’s, which reopened in November 2007, is a remarkable renewal of an old church building. Fr. Sam Philpot, who has been the Parish Priest for 26 years, has seen a dream come true and said without EPS the project would not have seen the light of day.

Leckhampton St Philip and St James – in hand

EPS is undertaking a feasibility study for the re-ordering of the Victorian church building and the optimum use of an associated property.

Dawlish United Reformed Church – in hand

Working with members of the Church community to develop their hopes for re-ordering the interior of the church and obtain the best value from the redevelopment of their church halls.

Howle Hill St John - completed

Obtaining an increase of 800% on the initial Charity Act valuation in the resultant sale proceeds of redundant property.

Bodmin St Petroc – in hand

Review, scrutiny and advice to find the best value for the re-development of the church hall site and re-ordering of the church.

Brecon St Mary - in hand

Beginning with a workshop to determine the priorities for mission and recognise the significance of the building in the town centre, EPS is now exploring the options available and preparing a Conservation Statement to ensure everyone is fully informed about the buildings history and significance.

Grangetown St Paul – in hand

The church building is enormous and presents the PCC and Church community with many challenges. EPS is working with the PCC and Diocesan Parish Development Officer to find a sustainable solution to the problems.

Almondsbury St Mary – in hand

EPS is working with a small project team to co-ordinate and interpret a Community Review as part of a longer term re-ordering project for the medieval church building.

Bristol St Ambrose – in hand

Assisting with the development of the church building into a seven day a week community facility.

Chippenham St Paul – completed

Undertaking a full survey of the buildings for which the PCC is responsible and then the production an Options Review for their best use and management in the future.

Durham St Oswald – in hand

On going telephone advice following exploring the potential redevelopment of the church hall to provide an increased income to the Church for its extended mission and ministry to the local resident community and student population.

Tottington Free Church of England – in hand

Assisting the congregation develop shared community facilities in the church following essential English Heritage grant aided repairs.

Bristol St Luke - completed

A small community with a large church has been working with EPS to broaden the use of the Victorian building. The church has seating for over 400, and the PCC is looking at how it can be used by the wider community as well as for sacred worship.

Bath St Michael without - completed

Strategic advice to enable the Church to move forward with a new area of community work requiring fundraising and working partnerships. The recently reopened building is a magnificent achievement.

Dudley St Edmund – completed

On the instruction of the Worcester Diocesan Pastoral Committee, EPS produced an extensive report into the options available to the PCC and Deanery for the future of this historic church building.

Norwich St Stephen – completed

The development of a multi-million pound shopping centre next to the church saw EPS successfully negotiating a significant donation by the developers to the Church in return for access permissions for a wide pedestrian footpath through the church yard linking the new shopping centre to the city.
