ecclesiastical property services

Ecclesiastical Property Solutions will start trading again in September 2012

The company temporarily ceased trading on July 31st 2009 because both the founding directors Emma Osmundsen and Andrew Mottram were appointed to full-time salaried posts with other employers. Andrew’s post as a Place of Worship Support Officer (part funded by English Heritage) is a three year appointment and he will be free to operate as an independent consultant thereafter.

So if you want to obtain a better view of what to do with your church buildings there will not be too long to wait!

A bit of background information:
Prior to setting up EPS in 2004, Emma Osmundsen and Andrew Mottram had been working separately providing property and building advice for Churches. They set up EPS because of the acute need among local Church congregations for help and support with their buildings and property. From then until 2009 EPS helped over 500 Church communities and was involved at national level in consultations about safeguarding the future of these importance features of the nation’s heritage. The Place of Worship Support Officers, funded by English Heritage, was just one of the successful campaigns to which EPS made a significant contribution.
